This facility has been closed and the power was shut off. Winning bidder must have the equipment professionally removed within 14 days of auctions end. Buyer is responsible for any cost of removal. The auctioneer highly recommends an onsite inspection of the equipment. Former owners have testified that the equipment was installed in 2010 at a cost of over $400,000. It is believed to be in good operating condition, however, the auctioneer nor the lender make any representation as to year, make, model or condition of the equipment. It is being sold in "AS IS" condition without warranty of merchantability. All available manuals and paperwork are included in the purchase price.
