The unit needs some TLC but with a little attention would be a very nice home to own. It does have the original tongue hitch in place. It does not have wheels or axles. Most manufactured home movers have wheels and axles to provide to move to your location. Pearce & Associates will be glad to assist with finding a mover to assist you at your cost.
